Roast Pork Tenderloin – German Style T & T
1 whole pork tenderloin
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, mashed
4 red potatoes, quartered
1 jar German Style sauerkraut
1 ½ c. chicken or vegetable broth
Place all ingredients in large baking pan. Cover and bake for 3 ½ hours at
325ºF. Uncover and bake at 375ºF for another 30 – 40 minutes. Serve. Note: This
can be baked in the crock pot. 3 hours on high then 5 hours on low.
