Any time a recipe calls for solid shortening, that means Crisco. I always use Crisco butter flavored.

I fixed this yesterday for Sunday lunch, and this recipe is very good.

Chicken Supreme

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 T. butter
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sour cream (low fat in this recipe will not be as tasty)
1 (10oz) can cram of chicken soup
1/2 tsp garlic salt
dash of Watkins pepper #011141
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 350?. Saut?chicken in butter until lightly browned. Place chicken in greased 8 x 8 dish. In skillet, saut?mushrooms until lightly browned, add sour cream and soup. Cook and stir for 1 minute, scraping bits from bottom of pan. Add garlic salt and paprika. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until juices run clear. Sprinkle cheese over chicken; bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubble.

I served the delicious sauce over noodles.
