Great Icing for Crazy Cake

3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 vanilla Tablespoon

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium size pan and boil exactly --one minute! Remove from the heat and beat until spreading consistency.
