Anytime Fruit Salad

1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 11-oz can mandarin oranges in juice, drained
1 8-oz can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 tbsp fat free French dressing
2 lettuce leaves
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon
onto lettuce leaves.
Serves 2
