Berry Frappe

1/2 cup fresh berries
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup fat free milk
2 tbsp non-fat dry milk powder
5 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until frothy. Serves1

cal--194, fat--1 gr, carbs--36 gr, fiber--2 gr
