Braised Cabbage

1 cup water
1 reduced sodium beef bouillon cube
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp vinegar

Boil water and add all ingredients. Cook uncovered 2 minutes, then cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes until desired doneness. Drain cabbage to serve.
Serves 1
