Cheesecake

3 - 8oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Add sugar to well beaten eggs, mix well, then add cheese. Beat well w/electric mixer at high speed. Pour into graham cracker crust or crust of your choice. Bake 20 minutes in preheated 375F oven. Take out immediately.

Combine 1 pint sour cream and 2 Tablespoons sugar, pour immediately over top of cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes longer at 450F.
