Easy Pulled Pork

This recipe I got from a friend and everyone
loves it. It is as simple as can be.

1 (8-10 lb. ) Boston Pork Butt
4 TBSP. Liquid Smoke
4 TBSP. Kosher Salt
1 Bag of Spinach Leaves

Preheat the oven to 350. Take the pork
butt and poke holes all over the entire
thing. Spread the kosher salt and liquid
smoke over the whole pork butt. Spread
out a large piece of heavy duty foil and
cover the bottom with part of the spinach
leaves then place the pork butt on top
of the leaves and use the rest of the
spinach leaves to cover the entire pork
butt. Once covered wrap the foil up tight
and place the pork butt in a 9x13 pan .
Place in the oven for 6-8 hours. Once you
open it up it will fall apart.
