Liver and Onions
Saut?either breaded liver (lightly dipped in flour,
beaten egg and seasoned
bread crumbs) or plain
liver in 1 Tbsp butter/2 Tbsp oil and set aside.
Then saut?2-3 Sweet Onions in same pan (you may
have to add 1 Tbsp more oil)
In a casserole dish pour a mixture of 2 Tbsp Lea &
Perrins Worchester Sauce with
1/3 cup of water.
Place the cooked onions on top of that (you can
also add strips of cooked bacon
on top of the cooked
onions if u like bacon and onions) and then finally
place
cooked liver on top.
Cover casserole and bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
Delicious and soooo tender and flavorful.
