Pea and Carrot Salad
1 10 oz package frozen peas and carrots blend, cooked
1 hard boiled egg, yolk removed
1 tsp dehydrated minced onion
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 cup fat free French or Ranch dressing
1 tbsp chopped pimiento (optional)
Toss all ingredients, cover, and chill before serving. Serves 4
