Peanut Clusters

1 cup (6oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1 tsp butter
1 cup roasted peanuts

Place chocolate in a 1-1/2 quart microwavable
dish. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until
melted. Add peanut butter and butter. Microwave
on high for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth
& creamy. Blend well. Stir in peanuts. Drip by tsp
onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill
until set. Store in refrigerator.
Yield: about 2 dozen
