Ranch Potato Crisps
Yield: 6 Servings
4 medium baking potatoes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package Dry ranch dressing mix
Preheat oven to 400~. Wash potatoes and leave skins on. Slice into 1/4" slices.
Place sliced potatoes (approx 4 cups)into a zip lock type bag, or a bowl with a
cover. Add oil, shake to coat. Add dressing mix. Shake again to coat. Line
potato slices on a baking stone or cookie sheet. Do not overlap. Bake 40-45 mins
or until golden brown. Serve warm.
