For Fran in Upstate NY. This is relatively guilt free.

Angel Food Cake Dessert
1/2 an Angel Food Cake
1 8 oz Cool Whip ( Fat Free, etc.)
1 Can Light Cherry Pie Filling

Tear cake into bite size pieces.
Stir Cool Whip and pie filling together.
Mix with cake and chill.

I also use Lemon Pie Filling instead of the Cherry
which I prefer.
