Blackberry Pie

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs, separated
1 cup blackberry jam

Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg yolks and jelly. Fold in well beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375? to 400? until done.
