Bundt Cakes made with Applesauce
Nancy: Saw all the bundt cake recipes in the newsletter today -
you know, the scrumptious one with a can of frosting added.
Just wanted to throw in my two cents worth: I have substituted
applesauce for the oil in this recipe with great success - moist
and delicious to the max. And the combinations are endless:
German chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting; spice
cake and coconut pecan frosting; and the strawberry cake
and cream cheese frosting is just TOO good!! Experiment ...
you can't go wrong with this recipe.
