OK Pat in DE, here is another seafood recipe
for you.

Coconut Shrimp
Use a 16 count shrimp

Coconut Coating
1 Cup shredded coconut
1 Cup flour

1 t salt
2 t sugar
Mix and put aside.

Prepare an egg wash with 4 eggs and 1/2-cup milk.

Peel and de-vein the shrimp. Hold shrimp by the tail
and dip in the egg wash, then the dry batter, and
repeat the process once. Place the shrimp in a deep
fryer and cook for 2 minutes until golden brown.
