Yummy Jerk Chicken

1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
? teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon thyme
? teaspoon ground red pepper
2 & ? pounds chicken pieces

Mix the marinade ingredients into a bowl and then pour over
the chicken pieces. Allow this to marinate for a minimum
of one hour or overnight. Grill your meat until it is done.
