Stew Meat Gravy
To Mary in CA. My husband loves stew meat gravy.
I boil the meat until tender. Make your roux for the
gravy as usual and use the broth from the meat as
liquid, season with salt & pepper. Add the meat just
before serving over rice. He will eat this any day!
