Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

8 potatoes, cooked and drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar

Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Place in buttered casserole. Top with cheese. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
