Chocolate Bundt Cake
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise(do not use light or fat-free)
1 cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 T baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
confectioners' sugar(opt)
In a mixing bowl, combine salad dressing, water & vanilla. Combine the flour,
sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to salad dressing mixture and beat until
mixed. Transfer to a greased & floured 10 inch fluted tub pan(pan will not be
full). Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near
center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to a wire rack.
Dust with confectioners' sugar once cooled if desired.
(I have made this with generic mayo and it has turned out great!)
