Crab, Ham or Chicken sandwiches

8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 egg yolks
Crab, ham or chicken, your choice
Velveeta cheese slices
Holland rusk

Combine cream cheese and egg yolks until smooth. Add crab pieces or bites of meat. Place a slice of cheese on a round of rusk. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes.
