Mom and Grandma used to make corn fritters for us as a
treat. They were so good! This is exactly like the recipe
they used.
Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Fritters
3 eggs, separated, mix egg yolks
1 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
Pulp from 3 ears uncooked corn
Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into mixture. Cook
