Creamy Cucumbers
0 Grams of Fat

1/2 Cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Dill Weed
2 Cups Thinly Sliced Cucumbers
1 Small Onion, Sliced thin and separate into rings
Lettuce leaves
Mix all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Serves 2
