Grilling Ribs

Laura in Ct, on grilling ribs: I place my racks of riblets on a rack in a roaster, add about 2 c. water and 2 tbl. Liquid Smoke, then cover the top tightly with foil. I turn the oven on 250?F and leave the riblets in for about 45 minutes to steam. The water and smoke does not touch the ribs at all.

Then I take the ribs out and grill them. Towards the end of grilling I brush on my BBQ sauce and let brown a tad, taking care not to burn. They have a great flavor, are so tender and yummy! Chris in NM
