Homemade Pork Sausage
8 Ibs. ground pork
3/4 tsp. ground red pepper
3 tblsp. salt
1/2 tblsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried sage (or to taste)
Sprinkle seasonings over meat and mix well. Shape in rolls
and wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil wrap. Place in
flat pan and place in freezer until frozen. When frozen you
can remove from pan and place back in freezer.
