In the 8-1-09 newsletter she requested marinade recipes. This is a
TNT one we have used for years. Pat So Cal
Marinade
1 1/2 cups salad oil (we use Canola)
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ground pepper
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. Good
for chicken, beef or pork. Store in freezer indefinitely or in
refrigerator for one week.
