Barbecue Brisket
2 c. brewed coffee
2 c. catsup
4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
1 t. pepper
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
brisket-no size given
Simmer first seven ingredients about 30 minutes. Add Liquid Smoke.
Poke brisket with a fork. Pour
sauce over meat, cover and marinate overnight. Take brisket out of
sauce, place in a baking pan
and bake at 300-325 degrees until done.
