Chocolate Cheesecake Icebox Pie
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 large (9 oz) graham cracker crumb crust
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Beat
in eggs until well blended. Add cocoa and vanilla, blending until
smooth. Pour into crust. Bake in preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes
until almost set in center. Cool completely on wire rack. Cover and
refrigerate. Spread whipped topping on top. Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
