Chinese Crockpot Chicken
1 whole chicken
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp ketchup
6 cloves garlic, pressed
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Place your chicken in the crockpot. Mix together soy sauce, marmalade and
ketchup and pour over the top of the chicken. Then add garlic and onions, a
teeny bit of salt and pepper. Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for
about 10 to 12 hours. Chicken should be falling off the bones when ready. Serve
it with rice, veggies, and the sauce on the side.
