Peggy in Ga here is a jelly recipe for juice
Orchard Harvest Jelly
2 cups of cranberry apple juice
2 cups sugar
1 envelope liquid pectin(like Certo)
Combine juice and sugar in medium saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil ,stirring frequently. Add
pectin return to rolling boil for 1 minute stirring
frequently. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into
hot jars ands seal, or pour on wax to seal. Makes about 3
-1/2 pints.
