Parmesan Broccoli and Mushrooms

1 (10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (4-1/2 ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

While broccoli is still warm, combine above ingredients. Toss and serve.
