Stuffed Peppers
6 large peppers, "lid" off and cleaned out
1 box Stove Top stuffing any flavor
1/2 pound "loose" (no casing) sausage
2 cups marinara or 2 cups brown gravy
Brown sausage. Add dry stuffing mix to the sausage, then
prepare the stuffing according to package directions. Stuff
peppers. Place in casserole large enough to hold the peppers
and the liquid. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
