Easy Hamburger Stroganoff
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 Tbl. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms OR 1 pkg. fresh, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
hot cooked egg noodles or hot mashed potatoes
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to
crumble meat; drain. Stir in flour and next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 1
minute. Stir in soup and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour
cream and heat thoroughly. approx. 4 to 6 servings.
