Turkey and Broccoli Casserole
1 pound cooked boneless turkey breast
1 package frozen broccoli spears, (10 ounces) thawed
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese , (4 ounces)
2 tablespoons dry sherry (or chicken broth)
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut turkey into '/4-inch slices; set aside. Coat a 6"x10"
baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray. Place the broccoli in the baking dish
and top with the turkey slices. In a medium sized bowl, combine the soup,
cheese, sherry, and nutmeg; spread over the turkey. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes,
until bubbling and brown.
