Glazed Chicken

4 (3 oz.) chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
1/2 cup fat free Catalina salad dressing
1/2 package onion soup mix
1/2 cup water packed apricots
Place chicken breasts in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix salad dressing
and soup mix together. In a blender, blend apricots until smooth. Add apricots
to soup and salad dressing mixture. Pour sauce over chicken, reserving some for
basting. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour, basting every 20 minutes. 4
