Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies
Beat together until smooth:
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
Stir in w/spatula:
1-1/4 cups flour
1-1/3 cups chocolate chips
Place in freezer 10 minutes to firm up dough. Grease pan and
drop by tbs or small scoop. Bake 350 oven until lightly
brown (or a little longer if desired) approx, 12-14 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen 1 tbs size cookies.
