Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse
In a bowl place the following and beat w/ a mixer until well
blended:
1 8oz. block of cream cheese at room temp.
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter at room temp.
1 cup milk
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 pck instant chocolate pudding
Fold in 1 small container of Cool Whip.
Serve in small dessert cups or expresso cups. Top w/ Cool
Whip. I assume you could use low fat cream cheese and sugar
free pudding and Cool Whip.
