(Marinade)
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup oil
4 ounces Liquid Smoke
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 ounces beer
(Fajitas)
2 pound flank or skirt steak
2 large onions, sliced
2 large bell peppers, sliced
Flour tortillas
salsa
guacamole
sour cream
Let flank or skirt steak marinate over night or at least 4
hours. Grill over hot coals for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
Marinate onion and green pepper slices for an hour before
grilling steak and grill them, before the steak, until limp.
Cut steaks across grain into strips and serve on warm
tortillas wrapped with onions, peppers, salsa, guacamole and
sour cream.
