Lemon Egg Biscuits
Makes 72 cookies

Stir together: (I use my food processor)
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Mix in a bowl and slowly pour into dry mix above:
6 large eggs
4 tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk

Grease tins or use parchment paper. Bake 350 oven 15-18 minutes. Bottoms should be golden. Do Not Overbake.
Cool & Frost

Lemon Icing
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons lemon extract
A few drops of whole milk
