Peanut Chicken Pasta and Vegetables
1 can (3.5 oz) Coconut milk
11/4 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken, cut in cubes
1 pkg. Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce
1/3 c. Shredded Carrots
1 c. Cauliflower , cut in small pieces
1 lb. spaghetti, prepared
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Heat coconut milk. Add chicken ,cook till done. Add peanut sauce bring to a
boil. Stir 3-4 minutes and add vegetables. heat vegetables all the through.
Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
