Broccoli Salad
In a bowl mix:
2 slices chopped cooked bacon
4 cups raw broccoli florets
1/4 cup chopped celery (2 small
stalks)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs sour cream
1 tbs white vinegar
1 tbs sugar
S/P
Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate and let marinate at
least 2 hours.
