High Protein Breakfast Shake

This recipe is taken from Dr. Sidney Baker's book The Circadian Prescription. This milkshake is an excellent way to start the day- high protein, high omega-3 fatty acids, no added sugars, no
artificial colors or flavors. It's easy, fast and tasty. If your child is sensitive to milk, replace the milk and yogurt with soy milk. If your child is sensitive to both milk and soy, substitute 6 ounces of Enriched Rice Dream Milk for the milk and yogurt, and rice protein for the soy protein.

3 ounces whole milk
3 ounces plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
3 tablespoons soy protein isolate
1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries, fresh or frozen.
Put the milk and yogurt in a blender.
Process on low while adding other ingredients until smooth
