For Mary (2/14) who is looking for "Homemade Crisco" to use instead of Pam spray. I'm guessing that you want something to spread in cake pans to prevent sticking.
If so, this is what you want.

Homemade Crisco

1/3 cup Flour
1/3 cup Crisco
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Stir together

I keep some in the refrigerator at all times. Set it out to soften the day I'm going to bake.

Works like a charm. I use a paint brush or pastry brush to spread it on my pans.
