Chocolate is the "language of love" so
it's said, and this is especially true
for Valentine's Day. This past week a
young woman who attends my Women Of the
Word ladies' Bible Class brought this
delicious fudge to share. She's a new
member of our recipe group and has
kindly agreed to share her recipe.

Zaira's Chocolate Fudge
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
Boil ingredients in non-stick pan for 20
minutes, or until sauce begins to turn
brown when stirred. Take off heat, and
stir in:
6 squares semi-sweet bakers chocolate
Pour into foil lined pan, and let cool,
and set.
