Amish Sugar Pie
1 frozen pie crust, ready to bake
1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar1/4 cup all purpose
flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine brown sugar, flour, and salt
in a small bowl and mix well. Pour sugar mixture evenly into
piecrust.
Pour whipping cream evenly over brown sugar mixture; do not
stir.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over cream. Bake pie until filling
bubbles in center, approximately 50-60 minutes. Place on
wire rack to cool completely. Chill pie until filling is
set; approximately 1 hour.
