This is for Sara in Fl who was requesting a recipe for Blueberry Cake. I've made many over the years, but this recipe is hard to beat, and sure hope she will enjoy it as much as I do.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups blueberries, fresh, or frozen
(if use frozen, do not thaw)

Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. In large bowl, stir together the cake mix and sugar. Make a well in the center and put in the eggs, cream cheese, oil and vanilla. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Fold in blueberries gently. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, until tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and turn out onto wire rack to cool.
