Hungarian Sauerkraut

Saute 3 pieces of bacon that has been chopped in small pieces when this has been rendered...add some chopped onion (to your taste)

Saute onion til transparent, then add a few Tablespoons of flour to thicken then add your can of Bavarian Sauerkrat...(this has a sweeter not as tart flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste ...then add a generous handful of brown sugar...
