Ranger Cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup Quick rolled oats
1 cup crushed corn flakes or rice crispies
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or other nuts
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sifted flour
Combine butter and sugars, egg and vanilla. beat until
creamy and add remaining ingredients ( sifting the flour,
baking soda, baking powder and salt together).
Mix to a stiff dough. Pinch off pieces and shape into balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet and press flat with a fork.
bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
