This use to be one of my husbands
favorites. I would use up left over
cabbage this way.
Cabbage Patties
Cook 2 cups cabbage (cut fine) until
tender. Drain. Mix in 1/2 cup onions
(chopped fine), 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup
Bisquick mix, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir to make a stiff batter. Drop by
teaspoons on a greased fry pan. Spread
dough out to make circles. Brown on both
sides.
