Cacahuates con Chile
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups raw or roasted peanuts, shelled
with skins removed
1-1 1/2 tsp. chile powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium
heat and add peanuts. Cook while
stirring for 2 minutes. Drain peanuts
onto paper towels. Place in a bowl, add
chile powder and salt, and toss well.
Makes 4 servings
